Remote Access Support Portal
If this is your first time using the remote access system for your technical support, you may want to take a few mintues to read through this brief guide.
When the program is first run, it will appear like this:

Your technician will provide you with the code to enter, then press "Connect"
This window will then appear on your desktop once you have logged in. Your support technician cannot currently see your desktop.
This window is for reference to log the time spent on the system. You may find it easier to minimise this screen (do NOT close the window, as this will terminate your session).
The support techician will request to view your desktop.

You will be promted to "Show" your desktop. Once you have clicked on "Show", the technician will have access to your desktop.
Once the support technician has full desktop control, they can begin to carry out remote support. They will have access to your whole computer, as though they were using it on-site. You will also be able to watch everything that the technician does on the screen.
When the issue has been resolved (or a further arrangement has been made), the technician will end the session. The connection will close and you will be taken back to the first screen:
You may now Close the window, closing the program and ending the session.
