NCS Sage Annual Support Contract
For customers who require our services on a regular basis, we offer the NCS Annual Support Contract. The NCS Annual Support Contract Covers telephone support* in the following areas:

- Sage 50 Accounts
- Sage 50 Payroll (Standard & Professional)
- Sage 50 HR
- Sage Personnel
- Sage Job Costing
- Sage 200
- Sage CRM / Sage 200 CRM
- Sage Instant Payroll
- Sage Instant Accounts
- ACT! by Sage
* Sage products such as Sage 200, MMS, Line 100, and Sage 50 Manufacturing will require S.A.L.P. (Sage Annual Licence Plan) in addition to NCS Support.
In addition to the areas covered above, Annual Support Contract Customers will also benefit from:
1. Priority treatment over Non-Support Customers
2. Reduced Call-Out Charges**
3. 1 Hour’s FREE Annual I.T. Analysis / Review
4. FREE Delivery on orders placed through NCS
Remote Access Support
For an additional £100* + VAT P.A. you also have access to our remote access support. In cases where a telephone conversation does not resolve your issue, we can dial-in remotely to your offices as though working on your machine.
* This service is only available after an initial check to ensure we can access your machine(s) remotely.
** Please note that the On-Site module of the NCS Annual Support Contracts are currently only available to companies within a 45 mile radius of our premises.
All endeavours will be made to resolve problems over the telephone (or via remote access), where possible. However, there will be cases where a Call-Out would be necessary. Please try to accept our advice in these cases.
